The Solution: An interactive, adaptive microlearning module featuring four real workplace scenarios. Instead of feeding learners a single right answer, each branch pairs the user with a custom-built AI coaching chatbot that surfaces distinct angles and drives genuine exploration at a self-paced speed, concluding with a comprehensive concept wrap-up.
